Happy Birthday Brandon & Levi
God knows every single hair on our head, breath we take and every move we make. No, I didn't try to emulate the words to a song. HE knew that when Brandon wanted to adopt a son last year that Levi was the perfect match for his home, his life and his future. My friend Brandon went through the long and sometimes tiresome process of adoption, which as a single male can be tough at times. When he first shared with me that he wanted to do this, of course it tugged at my heartstrings. Last year, I had the amazing privilege of going down to San Diego to document the adoption process. Levi is a vivacious, outgoing and smart little boy who is growing up before our very eyes. Today is his birthday and ironically, it is also his Dad's. See how God just knew where Levi needed to spend the rest of his life? Yes, they are both celebrating life today. |

Amy, Corona Del Mar Portraits, Orange County
Almost two weeks ago, I made a trip down to Corona Del Mar to do some portraits for my new friend Amy, who I met through Jennie. We had been planning this shoot for a few months and finally found a date that worked for our busy schedules. This was a very special portrait session because my friend Amy just turned 40, but you would never know it! She looks 29! Seriously, how gorgeous is she? She had already had a birthday party on a yacht in the Newport Harbor, so what a better way to top off the celebration! To get in front of my camera to show how fabulous she is! Amy is full of life, loves the Lord, and loves the beach! Hence the reason she is living on the beach at this time in her life!

Last week, we made it to 500 comments here on the blogsite!
I love leaving comments on my friends blogs, and I absolutely love it when someone leaves a comment here on my blog. The reason is, it lets me know you were here!
